We had a great experience. Paul came over to fix our dishwasher and sink that were not working properly/also had a drainage issue. He fixed it and also installed a garbage disposal for us. He was totally professional, took time to explain everything he was doing, and did the work wearing a mask and gloves (social distancing). We also thought the price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone having appliance issues

Fantastic customer service and fast, efficient fix of our stove, which wasn't heating. From our first friendly phone call with their office person to the technicians quick diagnosis of the problem, ordering of the parts, and return visit to install them, we were really happy with their level of expertise AND safety precautions (technicians wore masks the whole time they were here, and called ahead to ensure we would be ready when they arrived).

Quick response, arrived on time, friendly gentleman swapped the ignitor in my oven in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely would hire again.

Normally not a review person, but these guys are great. Our dishwasher stopped draining water and after some amateur troubleshooting, I gave up and called them. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and promised to order a new part and install it in a few days. Later *that day* they called and said they had the part, and offered to fix it that day, which they did. Now, the appliance my wife and I call the "marriage counselor" is back up and running.

After renting for 10 years and being a new homeowner, I had no idea what to do when our oven stopped working and I couldn't just call my landlord. I found Philly Appliance Services and decided to go with them after getting quotes from several other companies. Their quote was for the labor AND parts and the price was comparable to what others charged for labor only. The tech called three hours before the scheduled time and said he could come early, which was convenient since I was already home. The problem was with our ignitor -- he had the part with him and our oven was working again within half an hour. The final price was $40 more than originally quoted but given the professionalism and speed with which everything was fixed, it was well worth the price.

Highly recommend! Had a good experience with the appliance guys here. Had a problem with my dishwasher. They checked everything and took their time. Would definitely call them if I have a problem.

These guys are the best. Got a $1200 quote from GE to fix washer. Exceeding replacement value, although service guy wouldn't go there. Called these guys. Worked furiously to try to fix the thing, two visits. Despairing, they told me not worth it, given the new parts necessary. Only charged me $200. Scrupulously honest, a rare and welcome thing.

Great service. We had sn issue with our oven. GE specialist came out and didn't even do proper diagnostic because for some odd reason our oven doesn't have serial number on it (sticker was removed). I wrote message to Pavel on Facebook and he answered right away. Came the first Sat and fixed it the same day at reasonable price. Definitely will reccomend to anyone and will call them again for any other problems!
